7/10You are fresh out of high school; no job, no experience, no goals in life. Intergalactic aliens invade and want to get high off of humans. You stumble upon a sentient talking pistol. What do you do? Why not hunt them for bounties, with firepower assistance from an arsenal of talking guns. High on Life is a new crazy game from the creator of the animated TV series Rick and Morty, that is literally high on all fronts; talking self-aware guns, weirding looking aliens to slaughter in style, and unfiltered abusive dialogue.

7.5/10Glide your way into a satisfying melancholic lightshow in style. Solar Ash’s artistic style is as joyfully vibrant as it is depressingly dark, as you journey through and across space and time inside a blackhole called the Ultravoid.

When I played the original Hello Neighbor back in 2018, It was an intriguing family friendly puzzle stealth horror that was as frustrating as it exhilarating. Hello Neighbor 2 largely maintains the same formula, improving many mechanics from the first game but at the same time never really getting rid of the frustration factor.

7.5/10The heir apparent to the Dead Space series is now here. The Callisto Protocol is a great game and a worthy spiritual successor to the Dead Space series, but it's sadly disappointing to have such major performance issues on PC. With the full remake of the original Dead Space looming on the horizon, its now or never for The Callisto Protocol to impress us.

9/10Sure, it is titled Marvel’s Midnight Suns, but don’t let the relatively inconspicuous title fool you. It is a full blown high-profile Marvel game packing a roster that features popular Marvel characters including Iron Man, Captain America, Doctor Strange, Wolverine, Spider-Man and The Hulk. As well as including less-known characters like Nico Minoru and Magik. All of these characters are fighting in a high-stakes interpersonal story involving the demon Lilith, the military organization Hydra, as well as throwing other heroes and villains into the mix.

8/10Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is truly one of the better games to have come out two years ago on the PS5 and PS4, and now we are lucky for another Playstation port to PC with this weekend’s release.

7/10Somerville is a sci-fi adventure / puzzle game where you control a man and his family caught up right in the middle of an alien invasion doomsday scenario. The opening sequence starts relatively slow: what's presented to you is a slice of life in a small farm house: A couple, a toddler, and a dog. The presentation feels very surreal that you almost can relate to it, especially with the random static noise emanating from the family TV. Then the mysterious somber nature ramps up rather quickly into a full blown alien invasion, perfectly capturing that feeling of being randomly caught up in it on a personal level. You can just about see yourself in the character’s shoes while playing. Imagining if such things happened to you and your family instead.

Somerville is a sci-fi adventure / puzzle game where you control a man and his family caught up right in the middle of an alien invasion doomsday scenario. The opening sequence starts relatively slow and gets intense pretty much immediately, perfectly capturing that feeling of being randomly caught up in a sudden alien invasion. There is no dialogue in the game and all of the story is only conveyed through the characters' actions and interactions with the environment, bolstered by the impressive art style and sound design. This is something that is very hard to pull off narratively but Somerville manages to somewhat pull it off anyway.
