Dead Space is a survival horror game set on a derelict mining ship in space, populated by swarms of zombie-like creatures called Necromorphs. It is a remake of the 2008 classic, which was released with critical acclaim. Continued by another amazing game in 2011 with Dead Space 2, followed by a mixed reception to the third game in 2013, in which the franchise has been on hiatus since until now.

Having played the jaw dropping original Dead Space back in 2008, I was excited to finally play the remake and I gotta say, Dead Space is back, and it is as still jaw dropping as ever, maybe even better. It got the Resident Evil 2 Remake treatment and even surpassed that in my opinion.

An incredibly good deal that bundles the trilogy | HITMAN World of Assassination - First Impressions ReviewHITMAN World of Assassination is a stealth-action sandbox game that puts us in the shoes of the genetically engineered clone named Agent 47, a highly skilled assassin working for an organization called the International Contract Agency. The whole premise is centered around Agent 47 taking different contracts across the globe, setting the stage for the different multinational sandbox levels that acts as our murder playground.

A nice change of setting from the usual Japanese-themed similar works of art, like the popular Makoto Shinkai Anime movies Your Name and Weathering with You, all embodied in video game format.

8.5/10A classic JRPG from the PS2 and PSP era has now been brought forward in time, re-released and remastered for modern systems, and in my opinion, they ported the wrong version.

Originally released for the PS2 very late in its lifecycle, Persona 4 has since been re-released for the PS Vita years later and more recently on PC a few years ago. Now, Persona 4 Golden is finally widely accessible, having just been released for the PS4, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch yesterday.

There's a certain cuteness in this game; the playful nature of the children, the slice of life presentation, and the lighthearted puzzling elements. At the same time, Children of Silentown is spooky and creepy; from the Tim Burton-esque art style with big white creepy eyes, to the foreboding nature of the story with nightmares and monsters.

Robocop becomes a samurai in this retro style platformer | Vengeful Guardian: Moonrider - Review ReviewVengeful Guardian: Moonrider is an authentic recreation of the classic 90s ninja video games like Ninja Gaiden, Shinobi, and Shadow of the Ninja. The 16-bit music, art style, and gameplay are all captured perfectly without a miss. Going in blind, you would think it is a remaster or port of a real existing 90s game.

ONE PIECE ODYSSEY is something special. A rare occurrence; there’s finally a good Anime game that isn’t a hack and slash or a fighting game, as it instead features a fresh JRPG turn-based combat system. A nice change of pace and a solid design decision worthy of our attention.

Where different aspects of our lives such as Tech, Food, Shopping, Money, Dating, Exercise and many others are beautifully represented into twenty different dreamy levels with their own distinct sequences, mechanics; complete with their own song and melody to harmonize with.
